Oil boiler breakdowns will only be attended by a Rubex Energy engineer. We do not sub -contract work. Engineers are trained to fault find on the oil boiler.
If the engineer arrives on site and diagnoses that the job will take longer than two hours we will prepare an estimate before commencing work if you require this.
If your oil burner stops running, the first thing you should do is check the reset button. If you press it and the burner fires up then that was the problem. If the button should trip again then there is a fault and you should arrange an engineer to rectify the fault. Do not keep resetting the button and ignoring the problem.
